A quiet stone house, steps from the sea
Apartments Kristian is a family-run house in Bol, the oldest town on the island of Brač. Built in local stone, it stands in a quiet street only 200 metres from the sea, with a grocery shop and a restaurant 100 metres away and the harbour promenade 350 metres away.
Each of the four apartments has its own entrance, its own parking space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace facing the sea and the island of Hvar. A shared fireplace and barbecue make the long summer evenings even better.
We live right here and are always happy to help, from meeting you at the harbour to recommending our favourite beaches and konobas.

Spacious, comfy apartment so close to the beach and town. Could have stayed longer. Getting here
By catamaran
A daily catamaran sails from Split straight to Bol in about an hour. The apartments are a 10-minute walk from the harbour.
By car ferry
The Split–Supetar car ferry runs about every hour; from Supetar it is a 45-minute drive to Bol. From Makarska, the ferry to Sumartin brings you within 25 minutes of Bol.
By plane
Fly to Split, then take the ferry or catamaran. In summer, Brač Airport, 14 km from Bol, also has flights.

Bol is the oldest town on Brač, set beneath Vidova Gora on the island's sunny south coast.

Windsurfing capital
Thanks to the maestral that blows almost every afternoon, Bol is one of the best windsurfing spots in Croatia. Surf and diving centres are 200 m from the house.

Vidova Gora
At 778 m, the highest peak of all Adriatic islands. Hike or drive up for views over Hvar and the open sea, with a restaurant at the summit.

Dominican monastery
On the eastern edge of town, the monastery museum keeps a rich archaeological collection, precious objects and paintings.

Dragon's Cave & Blaca
Zmajeva špilja, 2 km west, recalls the 15th-century life of Glagolitic monks. The Blaca hermitage, founded in 1551, is a 30-minute boat trip away.

20 clay tennis courts, dive centres and the Branislav Dešković Art Gallery, with more than 300 works, in a Renaissance-Baroque palace on the harbour.
